A whole family got drowned in Swat floods who got trapped and were waiting for someone to rescue them. People are blaming govt for not being able to rescue them. A question comes to mind that why wouldn’t an all powerful God not save them?

Death is inevitable. The mean and time of death may vary because of cause and effect or even dicine intervention.

This said, God intervention in this world is based on overall wisdom and scheme of test and trail. Asking such question is meaningless as we may never reach to conclusion.

However God has told us that he test individual and society with prosperity or adversity

    Death is inevitable…. Ok

The mean and time of death may vary because of cause and effect or even divine intervention……. Ok

This said, God intervention .,…………….never reached to conclusion. So you not having a conclusion and not having an answer makes the question meaningless????

However God has told us that he test individual and society with prosperity or adversity……………🤔

So God is testing people by drowning them? What kind of a test? Is he trying to see if those drowning people still love him or not?? What kind of a test is for their relatives who are alive? Is he trying to see are they still happy an satisfied with them despite Him killing each and everyone of their family members?

Meaningless in the sense، he has not told us when he intervenes in the world.

We need to understand our limit of knowledge.

Regarding the incident، he may be testing the people who were gathered there or may be relatives as you mentioned, or them what will be there reaction at time of dying. I cannot tell because i understand my limitations of knowledge about God scheme.

He has already mentioned in Quran, he will take give life or take life and he is not accountable to any one.

Perhaps you may try to ask first why create human being in first place despite knowing there will be such accidents, death and killing.

The answer God has told in Quran is what God knows is unknown to us.
