    Also what if one says that he thinks shirk is allowed in Islam? Could we not say he is a mushrik or a kaafir?

      Because if someone believes in shirk and calls himself a Muslim and the Muslims don’t say anything about his beliefs or about him then it’s very weird that they wouldn’t comment on it. Especially if he’s a public figure or an aalim

      So how is takfir made impermissible in this? It is just saying it is a serious matter snd should be conducted in a somber manner
