  Will a Non-muslim be given opportunity to justify his beliefs during judgment day.

  If one person knows Islam and believes it by heart that it is not true, still he be doing kufr?

  Regardless of Muslims or Non-muslims, if anyone puts in the effort in accordance with their resources to understand the truth but despite their sincerity reaches a wrong conclusion, they will still be rewarded in the hereafter.
