How Can Quran Be The Word Of God?
My friend is an atheist, he asked me. “If quran is the word of God, then why does he call the disbelievers intellectually poor and get angry upon them and some times curse them”? Can God have such emotions when he have created them and knows everything they are gonna do. Doesn’t it seem like the word of a man(Mohammad P. B. U. H) who is mentally disturbed and angry upon people who doesn’t believe in him.

God speaks to us in human terms because He is the God of humans! God would be machinist if He was God of machines

Let the atheist believe in what he believes unless he is realizing his mistake and now seeking the truth. Ask him once what is the basis of his belief and have him scientifically prove his belief. You will find that his belief is just based on wild guess and opinion. Nothing more.
Disbelievers are intellectually poor because they fail to recognize the truth that they knew all along. They fail to listen and suppress their inner voice that tells them that there is one god. They suppress that voice by rejecting it and believing that they are smarter than that internal voice and thus completely shutting it down, eventually.

Also Allah gets angry at the disbelievers because he loves them. If he didn’t care or loved humans, he wouldn’t get angry.
Think about parents. Don’t they teach their children to do the right things and still when a child does stupid stuff that would hurt the child, they get angry. They get angry beecause the love the child.
Any other person who doesn’t love or care about the child’s well being would be careless about whatever stupid thing a child does, and they would not get angry.
