  Can Muslims decorate a tree like the tree that Christians do on Christmas ?(without any Christian symbols or religious rituals)And give and receive gifts from” Santa Klauss”?

  There’s nothing wrong with that. Muslims will not engage in polytheism and any other unethical activity, if such an activity happens in a ceremony, otherwise they can celebrate all such events with their Non-Muslim neighbours and other Non-Muslims in their social circle.
