    Quran 71:15 – Seven Heavens

    In Surah Nuh verse 15: translation “Do you not see how Allah created seven heavens, one above the other”

    Just wondering who is being addressed here, it feels like the people being addressed were able to see or understand Seven heavens “Do you not see”. If this true, then what was their understanding of the Seven heavens, because it is important as if the Prophet was in them and he was pointing them out to the majesty of the seven heavens they knew, then that understanding must be right, otherwise Prophet will correct them atleast. But it feels like they knew it and they were able to appreciate those seven heavens.

    I have not got any satisfactory response on Seven Heavens but appearantly, it looks like, someone knew it.

    Please help me understand. Thanks
