Assalam-o-Alaikum
My question is if ALLAH made it clear that husband is one level superior than wife in a family system because he has responsibility to earn for the family. But on the other hand woman also has responsibility of carry a child for 9 months with bearing lots of problems and pain and sacrifices then goes through giving birth process its all what a woman do alone if ALLAH made husband one level superior because of responsibility then ALLAH also gave woman a responsibility to carry and give birth to child and then after birth she looks after her child takes care of her child for so many years until they totally grown ups. and apart from that although its huge but apart from that she looks after his house his Children everything around don’t you think a wife has more responsibilities than husband. Does pregnancy uplift woman? if not then how Quran justify husband is superior but mostly stuff done by woman?

if husband has the authority final decision will be his how mother will be superior. If mother says something and father says something whom should children follow? likewise various aspects in family system when a wife becomes mother how she will be superior in relationships with children can you explain bit more??

As stated above, mothers have a higher status in relation to their children. Just like in an institution, a director has authority over managers and other employees even when the final authority rests with the Chairperson or the CEO.
If mother says something and father says something else should never be the case in a good family. A God fearing husband is supposed to take into consideration the opinions of his wife while a God fearing wife is supposed to align herself with the wishes of her husband.
Additionally, children are motivated in Islam to give respect to both of their parents but mothers enjoy a higher status in this regard. We have been taught that there is paradise under the feet of mothers.

That’s what i asked that you mentioning this hierarchy is based on responsibility on husband of earning but i asked mother also has so much responsibilities and tougher than husband if we talked about responsibility. How pregnancy will uplift it seems like there is still husband is superior by just taking the status of earning responsibility why Islam does not includes and consider responsibilities of a woman still give husband a higher rank.

That’s right it shouldn’t happen but i’m asking about what is happening there is differences in families in todays time there are many so whom should children listen if you still say father then of course mother is superior than father but still in relationships with children father will be superior after all the things a mother does and what a mother does a father can’t mother does a lot than earnings money Just earning is not the only thing requires in a family system but islam just mention it and highlights it why not focus on what a woman does?

Such additional expressions are put in to emphasize the point, not to give exception like, innocent children. It doesn’t mean some children are not innocent. Another expression in the Quran is, البغی بغیر الحق wrongful oppression. There is no oppression which is not wrongful.
The above expression means that this is the thing you don’t like. Also keep it view that the words adopted by the narrators of a Hadith are their own.

Mother’s high status is with respect to her respect and care, while husband’s status is higher with respect to administration. this is responsibility, not a matter of superiority and inferiority. Another point man was given this status not because he is the breadwinner, but because he is man with certain physical and mental qualities which make him suitable for the responsibility of the head of the family. There is perception among Muslims that this is the status of superiority, but in fact it is the status of responsibility. And man, irrespective of east and west is supposed to do this job and he does.

not getting it how can for emphasizing in the matter of sleeping with other liking and disliking can emphasize? Sleeping means adultery there is no questions of do adultery with someone husband like or dislike. So confusing

why Quran just talking here husband’s rights including wife should not sleep with anyone why not mentioning husband that its wifes right that husband shouldn’t sleep with anyone its wife right but no quran talking about just husband

Sir i am following you but still not getting heres are rights mentioned why not mentioned female right properly or this is not right of female at all just cloths and feed comes under her rights

if these were occasional that should be mentioned in women right along with providing clothes and to feed that male also shouldn’t sleep with others because here are mentioning rights of both husband and wife
