I’m a lusty man, so I usually get pre-cum, which means after an hour, like 2-3 times a day. I pray 5 times a day. Do I have to take a bath every time I get pre-cum? Do my clothes need washing? I have a lot of confusion and worry about this. “Do I need to wash my clothes everytime I get pre cum?”

You need not take bath every time in this case but try to keep your clothes clean as much as possible for you. 100% cleanliness all the time is usually not possible.
