What should we do to protect ourselves from Nazar. There is Ruqya that is said to be the dua for protection from Nazar. Is that authentic? Is there any authentic practice from Holy Prophet that one should do.

We do not what Ruqya is. One may recite Sura Al Falaq to protect oneself from such kind of evil.

Okay and any other thing than Surah Falaq that is authentic one for Nazar?

One can recite any good prayer and seek refuge of God from everything evil or harmful, including Nazar.
