Muslims Attitude Towards Non-Secular Policies In Other Countries
Assalamualaikum!
As per Islamic guidelines, when we cannot advocate for secularism in Pakistan, should us Muslims really speak out if our neighboring country passes some Pro Hindutva laws?/ Or the laws that somehow limit the Muslims’ participation in political paradigm?/ Or laws that are determined to make it a Hindu state in legal terms?
Because if we do object, wouldn’t it be hypocritical of us?

When Muslims are not in power, they are required to practice their religion privately. If they gain power, they are expected to implement Islamic laws in collective matters. If the constitution doesn’t permit this, they should work towards building consensus to allow Muslims to follow Shariah in their communal affairs.
No law in India can restrict Muslims’ participation in politics or make it a state for Hindutva. However, social attitudes need improvement.

Maybe I wasn’t able to make my question clear.
There’s a rise of far right politics in India.
In future, IF India declares itself to be a Hindu state, and legislates that since majority is of Hindus, no non-Hindu can become head of the state, should it all be tolerated by Muslims?

Yes, Muslims are not required to oppose such legislation. Governing is not an obligation. As long as Muslims are allowed to practice their religious duties, they can live as a minority. For example, Hazrat Yusuf served under the law of the land, even though he was not eligible to become the king of Egypt.
