About Harsh Quranic Punishments
Why are Quranic punishments so harsh? Are these punishments still valid in this age of human rights? Cutting someone’s hand for a act of theft, stoning and whipping someone for adultery etc. How can a non believer accept such a religion with so much harsh treatment of a perpetrator of a sin?

These punishments are for the conscious Muslims who made a promise to God to obey Him. This is the punishment of disobeying God knowingly. That is why they are titled as Azab of God.
