    If a wife say to her husband in an argument that ‘ chor do mjy’ . means give me divorce.. and husband replies with.. ‘ acha chor dia ‘ but he didn’t mean it actually.. does it mean divorce happend? .

    Such casual sayings do not result in a divorce.

    For a divorce to happen, there should be a solemn intention and it should be conscious decision.

    Additionally, the procedure of divorce as outlined in Quran should be followed, whose violation may or may not result in a divorce, subject to the court’s ruling.
