Baqarah In Arabic Vs Bakra In Urdu
Assalamu Alaikum,
Sir in Urdu we call Goat as Baqarah but in the Quran Surah Al Baqarah it’s English translation is given as (The Cow)….
Sir does it means that in Arabic Baqarah is used to call to Cow??

Yes. Also the spelling of Urdu bakra and Arabic Baqarah are different.
