Many times you are in places where you are unable to find friends which will help you bring closer to Allah..maybe you feel they can have negative impact on your faith…so in these situations can we prefer to remain alone and rely on Allah alone.?

It is your choice. There are no restrictions to stay with friends most of the time or avoid them. Seclusion is also a requirement for spiritual good.

This is solely your decision based on your environement. It is always recommended to have friends who can have a positive impact on you and to stay away from bad company. You can stay alone if you want, it is not a religious issue, but staying alone for too long can have negative psychological impact. Its better if you can find some good company instead.
