Is Staying Anxious A Requirement?
In a video, Ghamidi sir said to the questioner that she should not try to get rid of the anxiety that she has to meet God someday and answer. I second that but what if it is difficult to have this anxiety all the time? Is this a requirement? God hasn’t told us to stay anxious like this, He has only told us to fear Him to the extent we can while keeping in mind that the fear should be along the lines of what God is rightful of.
I also have ptsd and staying in fear and anxiety all the time is really bad for me.

Fear means to have the state of consciousness that one should not make a mistake or commit a sin. It doesn’t mean that one should adopt a state of terror with no reason, if no major sin is committed.
