My interlinked question to dr.irfa is: did ur answer to the question in link# 2 concludes anything done with Internet Usage no matter what it is for IS a public activity in nature even if done privately?

If not than does e.g readin/watchin pdf/videofile on site which tho accessible but unlawful in the eyes of Law of the Land using internet be considered a private activity if done in private?

Lastly taking it a bit further; if the site containin the pdf/videofile IS inaccessible(banned) on top of unlawful in the eyes of Law of Land will using VPN to bypass such ban in private be considered a private activity or a public activity?

Using these i.e Overall what I’m getting at is what determine an activity as private activity?

    Please clarify. Thanks

Using internet is not a a private activity. It involves others and influence or affects others. Therefore public law is applicable to individual use of the internet.
