Writing Short Form Of Durood
Assalam O Alaikum! some scholars say writing short for of Durood such as only writing ص after name of Prophet صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ is wrong.Furthermore is using PBUH correct?Please tell me must we write full form. Furthermore if it is allowed to write short must we write it or only writing name of Prophet صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ is enough?

This is about the norms. If this way of coding or abbreviation is generally considered acceptable, it is also acceptable in the said cases. Adopting short forms in writing and speaking for the frequently coming words is common practice and thus acceptable. Hypersensitivity is not appreciated.
