    What if following the religious directives is being harsh on me due to my ocd and ptsd which causes extreme sensitivity and little things can cause a lot of distress. I am not talking about the haram things because I will not do them obviously even if not doing them causes distress. I am talking about other directives, verses, and beliefs I should have

    Since you know your OCD makes things difficult for you, while religion is easy and is not meant to be hard on you, so you need not bother yourself with the beliefs too. However, it would be best if you dealt with OCD. Ignore your thoughts and consult a psychologist or psychiatrist.
