In the case of daynunat e sughra passed on the Roman and Persian Empires upon the death of the Prophet by Caliph Abu Bakr, was the same sanctioned by the Prophet in his lifetime to the sahaba as an injunction of God or was it whimsical?
Kindly illustrate whether a Muslim country has the right to invade a non-Muslim with a non-warring country and fight and kill the soldiers and claim suzerainty upon winning?

According to Ghamidi sb, war against persia and roman was due to itmam e hujjah.
He also think today nation cannot control other nation territories after waging war.
