My husband said to me I divorce you on text msg when we were having a fight. We have been living away for quite sometime due to our this event occurred during my menstrual cycle. However he hasn’t come to meet me or hasn’t talked about reconciliation on text messages. Have I been divorced?

If he did not reconcile during iddat, I e., three menstrual cycles (around 3 months), after divorce, then you are divorced.
If iddat is not expired, you are not divorced, till it expires.
