Yeah, I figured out most of it by translating the subtitles with the help of google but the translation of that quoted part says “in this the last mile is not required”. I don’t think that’s the correct translation as it doesn’t make any sense. So what would be the correct translation?

In idiomatic phrse it will say, “Go the extra mile to avoid indecency to the utmost extent”.
