how can a crime be specific for a person of certain faith? it is a crime for someone to steal and not for others???
crime is something someone is damaged or harmed. so you can only harm if you have a certain faith? and there is no place in islam for a gay couple and in order to be safe they should leave islam.

Extramarital relations are detrimental to the institution of marriage. Therefore, not only in faith, but most of the societies considered it a crime against the society until now when under the influence of liberalism such relations are legalized.
