when allah punished the nation of noah, why was allah being cruel to the innocent children of that nation? children, women, elders, the ill, the animals etc. what did they do wrong? very high collateral damage?

and if the argument is that Allah will compensate their damages on the day of judgements. then why don’t he compensate the damages humans do too? humans are not perfect, they are driven by emotions, biology unlike Allah. so Allah could have avoided their suffering in some way because he is all knowing and powerful? But Allah wanted the children to suffer with them too otherwise he could have saved them but as he is so powerful, he will bail himself out by giving them jannat etc. while us the imperfect humans will go to hell if we kill someone innocent. just because we lack the ability to compensate the victims of our actions we deserve hell? and Allah will just bail himself out when we both have done similar actions. His are even worse because he is perfect and we are not. ????

God is the Creator. He wished to have a world where He gives life and death to people. He took their consent for this trial or test and then sent them. It is a contract against which eternal blessing of God are awaiting.

God wished to have a world where he kills millions of people in natural disasters for no reason. God wished to have a world where he will kill 20k people every day due to hunger?

He had a reason, He wanted to bestow His eternal blessings upon them against which they have to pass through this test of morality and patience. This is what it is. We have no choice but to fulfill His terms and receive the eternal blessings.
