Abortion Of A 20-week Completely Abnormal Child
One of my relatives have just done their anmoly scan. The ultrasound doctor has told that the baby is she-male and completely abnormal. His head is bigger than his whole body. And it will remain abnormal for whole life. It was as such from the beginning but doctor’s negligence that she didn’t inform us. Now doctor is suggesting to abort it. Parents don’t want to abort it but are concerned about the future of the baby. They have seen many such babies in community being exploited and treated like salves after their parents pass. So, does Islam allows us to abort it? Please this is a personalized question and don’t just give me a link to a general discussion.
