I have seen online that some people say that if you missed a fast during Ramadan and fail to keep that missed fast before the next Ramadan begins you have to pay fidya for each fast missed is this true?

Fidya of missed fasts to pay is allowed only for those who can never be able to keep fast, like old and permanently sick. It is not for those who can keep fast.
