People can interpuret surah noor ayat 30 that some gaze is permissible and lustful gaze is haram. Why cant we interrupt this gaze which is

But isnt it a command from the Prophet Peace be upon him @Irfan76 (Please dont mind these questions as i want the fatwa that make sense to me)

I want to explain a point with some examples:

The prohibition of clothes below ankles is based on arrogance or pride and this has proof in ahadith.
Similarly permissibility of music is based on ibn hibban hadith.
What proof do we have regarding this?

If non then arent we following our desires in the name of cause of prohibition?
I want to follow the fatwa that makes sense and not the fatwa that fufils my desires so please could you @Irfan76 give your time to write a detailed answer to answer my quires as many woman are not wearing hijab which makes lifes ver difficult to communicate.

and could you explain why you guys here disagree (by my understanding) of womans awrah and why do others disagree with you?
The woman is ‘awrah; whenever she goes out, the Shaitan is hopeful because of her (Arabic: المرأة عورة فإذا خرجت من بيتها استشرفها الشيطان).
In this the woman is called awrah so why isnt she taken as a whole awrah
