IN THE 23 OBJECTION EPISODES, MY PROFESSOR GHAMIDI SAHB SAYS THAT HAZRAT AMEER MUAWIYA R.A ” IS UMMAT K MOHSIN HA ” BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE HE SAYS THAT HE HAD THE MOST RIGHT TO BE A CALIPH, EVEN MORE THEN HAZRAT UMAR R.A. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN ME WHAT HE WANTED TO SAY OR I DIDN’T UNDERSTOOD IT WELL ENOUGH?

When you quote someone please provide the complete reference.
However while comparing Hazrat Miawiah with Hazrat Umar he once mentioned that in politics Miawiah has superior understanding than Umar and this was a quote from Hazrat Umr Ibn al As.

He means that if Muawiyah had not appointed his son as the next caliph, society might have fallen into turmoil because of the political discord and rivalry among different factions in society. Various groups supported their own candidates, as we saw later. By appointing his son, he sought to ensure the continuity and stability of the government. In that sense, he can be regarded as a benefactor of the Ummah.
