Has anyone seen this Christian Trend on YouTube? It’s called the islamic dilemma, because the Qur’an confirms the gospel that is with the Christians and at the same time goes against the gospel therefore the Qur’an is false, has ghamidi seen this?

I do not think that any Muslim rejects Bible, because our faith doesn’t complete unless we believe from core of our heart on all prophets and Books revealed before last prophet (PBUH) and Quran.

Social media trends are not substitutes for serious academic discourse. Arguments popularized online—such as the so-called ‘Islamic Dilemma’—tend to rely on oversimplified contradictions rather than careful analysis. Serious scholars, including Ghamidi Sahib, engage with textual evidence and historical context—not clickbait.

That said, if you have a sincere and objective question.

Assuming you want Ghamidi sb response on that.

    Let’s consider the actual claim.

The Qur’an does affirm that the Gospel (Injeel) was divinely revealed to Jesus (peace be upon him). This is clearly stated in verses 5:46–47, which describe it as containing ‘guidance and light.’ However, verse 5:48 immediately follows with a crucial clarification: the Qur’an has been revealed as a guardian (muhaiminan) over previous scriptures. This means it not only confirms the divine origin of earlier revelations but also serves as the final authority to distinguish preserved truth from later distortions.
Moreover verse 5:68 is direct appeal to People of book to follow “What is revealed”

We fully acknowledge that God revealed the Injeel. But we also recognize that the four Gospels found in the New Testament are primarily biographical narratives composed decades after Jesus’ time. There is no historical evidence that Jesus preached these texts. Therefore, while elements of divine revelation may still be present, the Qur’an provides the standard for discerning their authenticity.

My only issue is why doesn’t the Qur’an just say that the prior scriptures have corruptions?

Can you please explain why this is an issue? Because Quran already says it; s final authority over previous book which removes any significance for us.

Please see verse 2:79, 3:78 which implies people corruption in scripture.

Secondly، in my opinion, jesus words mentioned in Gospel are of monotheism showing Jesus was not a God. So When Quran ask to focus on gospel it may be due to that.
