Validity Of Prayer
I prayed my salary and during the 2nd rakat I’m tashahud I doubted whether I did 1 or 2 sajda so due to consistent waswas I ignored and read tashahud further but near the end of tashahud I could shake off the doubt and did one sajda and read tashahud from start and prayed on as usual and did sujjud as sahw at the end
Is my prayer valid

If it happens to you frequently as a waswas, then ignore it.
When you have a doubt for example in the second and third rakat, take it as the second rakat, complete the prayer, and perform sajda sahw.
You need not bother much about it. The principle is that if you can rectify what you missed during the prayer, rectify it, but if you cannot then without rectifying complete the prayer and perform sajda sehw in either case.
