Lowering your gaze means stopping inappropriate glances, prolonged staring, and scanning others with lust.

But if i like the women and I look at her in a appropriate way,but i look at her for a long period?
Is sinful?is a major sin?
Or is socialy not a best thing to do ?
Of course i’m not staring at her private parts,but i look at her generally?

Major sins are Shirk, adultery, and murder. Looking at someone, even with lust, is not a major sin, unless it leads to zina, although it is still a sin, but the categories should not be confused.
It is not appropriate to look at someone with love. However, decency must be maintained.

But what if a have a crush on her?or i like her?
Of course even I understand that staring is not something appropriate,socialy even if your intention is good.
And Can i look at a women with which one am I in a relationship with or am I trying to get to know? Or look at a photo of her on social media and think how beautiful she is?

To have feelings of love or liking is natural, therefore not forbidden. The answer is already given.
