Is this Hadith reported correctly?/ is thr reporting chain strong or weak?
Because how is it possible that anything can overtake divine decree? Please explain. If this question is passed to live Q&A please share link.

It implies there is nothing that can overtake the divine decree. This is a way to tell how impactful something is.
