Is sajda tilawat required when reading or listening to a Translation or Transliteration of a sajda tilawat ayah in the Quran?

It is not compulsory but part of etiquettes of reading Quran and indication of our active relationship with Quran. You can do one sajda whenever such a verse comes in front of you, whether during Salah or reciting Quran elsewhere, and then continue with your regular Salah. You may choose to do so when listening to the translation of Quran.
