Principally, no food should be given in the name of any person/Diety other than Allah. If the food is in the name of Allah and given for esaal-e-sawab of some person, then such food is not Haram to eat (on a separate note: such a concept of Esaal-e-Sawab is also not a religious concept). Please recheck with your Ahl-e-Tashih friends and community just to be sure, because there are different versions given for this food of Nazar/Niyaz.
