    Yes this seems to be true on the basis of some narrations regarding extreme sensitivity of Hazrat Fatima (rta) towards Pardah. One such example can be found below:

      What is Farz is mentioned in Quran. However, a Muslim can be extra sensitive about such matters and take additional measures.

    My below comment should no way be understood as an excuse for not doing purdah. Purdah is necessary but,……

    Brother @Umer25 why should a muslim be extra sensitive and take extra measures based on an ahad historic narration. History is not part of deen.

      It is a matter of personal preference and sensitivity towards the objective of a religious directive(s). Such an attitude is normal among human beings and perfectly natural. Different people tend to have different sensitivities towards religious directives, which lead some to take extra measures, more than obligatory. We are not extracting any religious directive here.
