  • Lack Of Concentration In Salah Warranting Repetition Or Sajda-e-Sehav

I sometimes am very unsatisfied with the quality of my prayer..like I don’t remember what I have prayed or wasn’t concentrating on the meaning… I often end up repeating my prayer as a consequence of the distress. This had started happening so frequently that I feel like it was becoming an unnecessary habit. What would be the correct course of action; repeating prayer, Sajda e sahv ( but I didn’t really forget anything that I can remember) or just pray extra nafl to compensate so my prayer in accepted.

This is helpful. Thankyou! I think this is suppose to mean Sajda e sahv can be done for any mistake , lack of quality may not warrant either Sajda e sahv or repetition of salah however one must endeavour to achieve khushu in prayer through remembering the purpose of salah and remembering who man is attending to in salah.
