Assalamu Alaikum, what is said about lice in islam? What should we do if we get head lice? Is it a sin as it could be viewed as dirty? JazakAllahu Khairan.

When one feels dirty, one should try to get clean. If one ignores cleanliness, one is ignoring the basic demand of deen to be clean. Your sense of purity tells you what you should feel about headlice. Islam needs not tell it.
