    3 Divorce Notices Sent Within 90 Days Period

    So if the woman has received 3 divorce notices within 90 days stated as Talaq1 and after 30 days talaq 2 and after another 30 days talaq 3. With an intend to give three talaqs. Will they be counted as 1 talaq or 3?

    This is a wrong way to divorce. However the arbitrator or the court can validate them as three or can ask the husband to reconcile and divorce according to the prescribed method.

    However, according to Fiqh Hanfi these are three divorces.

    So if the husband and wife wants to reconcile can they do so without doing halala? How true is the following attached opinion?

    If the issue is resoved between the husband and wife, they can agree to take it as one divorce, since it was a wrong way to divorce.
