What if u were confused about whether u prayed 4 or 5 rakats and made a mental note to do sajda e sahv after Salam. But then u forget and proceed to pray sunnah rakats and remember in between them. Is it acceptable to to finish your sunnah rakats normally and then while sitting do 2 Sajda of forgetfulness after sunnah rakats?

Another scenario: if u have doubt about whether this is your 1st rakat or 2nd, u should assume 1st, continue and do extra Sajada right? But if u are mostly sure it is your second rakat ( your like 80 -90% sure this is waswasa), should u add a rakat or should u just continue prayer. In this scenario, if u assume it’s your second rakat ( as u are mostly sure), can u still do sajda e sahoov for mental peace at the end or leave it as u came to the conclusion this was mostly waswasa.

You can say one rakat more anytime you remember during the salah time and make a sajda sehw.

It is you who decides, so if you are sure your counting is correct, ignore the second thought, but if the doubt is there, add an extra rakat. There is no harm in adding one extra rakat, and then perform sajda sehw.

Also after prayer ends.. like u add a rakat but forget to do extra sujood. U can do the extra sujood when u remember and are able right?

Also about adding rakat , sometimes I am mostly sure I prayed all the right number of rakats, but have anxiety about if I prayed less… I don’t want to add a rakat cause I feel like the possibility of me missing a rakat is significantly smaller than the probability of praying the right amount, can I still do sajda e sahoov without adding a rakat in this case.
