Hey Dr Sahb. Please do a careful consideration on my Question as I am very upset.

Once I have uttered the word Talaq 3 times to my wife at the same time as I was in the state of anger. Her mother was fighting with me over the phone and eventually I uttered the words and my wife was in front of me.

Afterwards, I did research and asked someone to confirm me and they told me that only 1 talaq happened. So we did ruju.

After a few months things again gone out of control and I signed the talaq paper through court (The first one) and the very next month I signed the 2nd one through court. But at the 3rd time me and wife decided not to go with the 3rd and upon asking some muftis she told me to do ruju again.

After all this mess, We have a 2nd baby now. Can you please tell me is our Nikkah is still valid or not? I am very upset.

Talaq is valid only when given with a genuine intention. In the first instance, there was no real intention to issue Talaq.

In the second instance, the Talaq was deliberate. However, only one Talaq has taken effect; the second is considered frivolous, as Talaq must be issued on three separate occasions. Therefore, your nikah remains valid.
