Is Rizq Predestined?
Salam!
I’ve heard elders say many times that rizq is written, and that no matter where you are, you will ultimately reach the place where your rizq is destined for you by Allah’s will. For instance, if your rizq is written in the UK while you’re in Australia, you will eventually end up in the UK. I’m curious to know whether this idea has any basis in Islamic teachings.

It is in the knowledge of God what rizq you will get. This knowledge does not affect your actions. You have to earn it anyways.
However, when you make dua, God helps you.
