I just saw a video of Ghamidi sb in which he mentions that you can combine zuhr and asr, and maghrib and isha, and pray the next one with the previous namaz as well if needed. 2 questions; firstly, if let’s suppose i pray zuhr and cant lray asr and maghrib due to any reason, now i dont have any option except praying both with isha right?

Secondly, can you pls tell me when can i pray the next one with rhe previous one, like in what situations exactly? Because sometimes we do miss a namaz but know that we can lray it even if wr get time after 30 mins or 1 hour for example. So even in that case, should I pray before or pray when i get time?

    Wa alaikum assalam.
According to Ghamidi sahab, Islam allows combining prayers (jam‘) to prevent hardship and to ensure that salah is not missed, but this permission is structured, not open-ended.Only two pairs can be combined:Zuhr with AsrMaghrib with Isha
So if someone prayed Zuhr but later could not pray Asr and Maghrib due to genuine reasons, Asr cannot be combined with Isha. In that case, Asr should be prayed as qada when possible, while Maghrib and Isha may be prayed together if the difficulty continues.
As for when combining is allowed: jam‘ is permitted when there is real hardship — such as travel, illness, exams, work constraints, safety issues, or situations where praying at the exact time is realistically difficult. If a person knows they can pray within the proper time window (even after 30 minutes or an hour), then they should pray normally and not combine.
In short:If you can pray within time → pray normally.
If you fear missing the prayer entirely → combining is allowed.
The purpose of jam‘ is to preserve prayer, not to replace discipline with ease. Islam focuses on maintaining a living connection with Allah while recognizing human limitations.

1). Yes, your can pray your missed Salah of Asr and Maghrib with Isha. It is better to Pray Isha first, and then make up your missed Salah.

2). For combining of prayers (Zuhr and Asr & Maghrib and Isha), you have to use your best judgement in all honesty. There is no black and white rule in this regard.
