Salam, my question is regarding the issue of investing and becoming a owner in already established business.. which has 3 equal partners already with different shares of investment but equal share in profit… this business also has debt that needs to be paid and also some debt that were given to other people by the business. When new partners invest into the business would they also be liable to pay the debt in order to have share in the profit or the debt will be incurred by the previous owners… jazakallah
