    Assalamu Alaikum.
My name is Asadullah, and my question is this:
I have a pharmaceutical business, and we give doctors a percentage commission. When a patient comes to a doctor, the doctor has to prescribe some medicine for the patient’s better treatment. There are many pharmaceutical companies in the market.
To explain more clearly: there are many multinational pharmaceutical companies in the market, and almost every company gives incentives in different ways to doctors. Their medicines are expensive, and because they are famous, fake medicines are also made.
Our medicines are local and of good quality. I also use them in my own home. Compared to multinational companies, our medicines are cheaper. Because of this, the patient benefits by getting good-quality medicine at a lower price.
Please tell me: in this situation, is this work still wrong?
    Is it Islamically unlawful?
    Kindly guide me.
