If it is not something psychological, then it is a healthy sign to investigate truth.

    Assalam walekum sister,

I have been thru this process of studying other religions, what I found out was core of every religion is same and Islam is the final n confirm religion without any adulteration or mixture you can say,

In this process I also dealt with obsessive thoughts tho I have been dealing with obsessive thoughts since childhood .

Focus on what Quran says for this –

We have created a human being, and We know also whatever thoughts come to his mind, and We are closer to him than even his life-vein.

    Surah Qaf 50:16

Prophet Muhammad SWS on this –

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Allah has forgiven my followers the evil thoughts that occur to their minds, as long as such thoughts are not put into action.”

    Sahih bukhari 5269

My advice as a student of knowledge-

    1. Be focused on your prayers, being conscious of what you are reciting in prayers, making your body at ease (tumaminah) at all parts of prayer, pray as you see Allah.

    2. Watch intellectual lectures on concept of islam as a religion by Javed Ghamidi sahb or The late. Maulana Wahiduddin Khan sahb

    3. Don’t be afraid of studying more, use islam to purify yourself within no time it will cure you inside out I promise, focus on TAZKIYAH!

La illaaha illa Allah al haleem al qareem subhanallah wa tabarak allah rabb al arsh al azeem Wallhamdullilahi rabbil aalamin .

    Jazakallah khair!

      Sure , Please elaborate further

The timings when these thoughts occur and what are these thoughts exactly about

They are about core beleifs mostly, even tho ik islam is the truth but the thoughts keep coming back with a new thing everyday, the thoughts mostly are about that every religion has strong proofs and arguments for everything, and about god, the timings are random. Everyday the thoughts pick a new topic and end without any conclusion, i just dont even know what to do anymore or are the thoughts still waswasa or my own doubts

First of all try to be patience this is nothing to worry about this is not gonna harm you or your faith it is merely a thought unless you don’t act upon it it is only going to strengthen faith , if you are truthful to god.

No matter what keep this one thought clear mostly every major religion was from God only,

So after he sent his final messenger Muhammad SAW it has been confirmed to us by God that now only islam is the clear truth without any deviation.

If there’s anything else into it you can def share

Im here to help further, no worries

Whatever I do or say puts me into distress and the most constant thought is how are you sure if islam is the truth, most thoughts are related to hindu religion, if I think about studying islam other thought pops up that every religion has stories and things that whoever tries to study it will think that their religion is true just like me studying islam.

Without worrying yourself, start leaning systematically.

First learn about if there is any book divine? Because without it we have but speculations that avails nothing.

Then find what qualifies that book to be divine.

If you establish it then believe whatever is in the book.

If you can’t establish it then keep trying without believing in anything but your innate system to believe in a Creator.
