Is it permissible in Islam to donate plasma or blood in the USA when companies give money (like $100 per visit or up to $800 per month)? If my intention is to help others (sawab), but I also receive money as compensation for my time, is this halal or not?

Eve rythig is halal unless there is something objectionable in it.
For example it is allowed for a woman to feed a child and charg fee. Now you can decide for your situation
