You can marry anyone who is a Muslim. We believe that no Muslim has authority to deny the claim of a person that he is a Muslim.

There is a woman Wafa Sultan. She says she doesn’t believe in Islam and is an atheist. However she insists that she’s a Muslim.
Will this person be a Muslim aswell? We can marry her aswell right?
Glad to see someone from Ghamidis student finally admitting that we can marry Ahmadis.

It is contradictory not to believe in Islam and still be a Muslim. This makes no sense.

So even though someone might call themselves a Muslim there is a criteria for a Muslim?
I thought you said that we are no one to say someone isn’t a Muslim if they say there are one.
If there is a criteria then does it not include the belief in the finality of the Prophet? Like the Ahmadis deny.
If there isn’t a criteria then shouldn’t the person who denies God be a Muslim as well as they claim they are one.

Criteria is denial. When some disbelives he is not a believer. When someone makes a Taweel, it means he believes differently. It is not disblief. So what can’t call him non Muslims or disbeliever.

She has also done taweel. Her taweel is on the definition of Muslim. For her it’s a cultural phenomenon.
