Zina Hadith
Assalamu Alaikum, the hadith in sahih al bukhari 2475 “When an adulterer commits illegal sexual intercourse, then he is not a believer at the time, he is doing it, and (…)” does this refer to the actual act of zina or any form of zina is also included meaning minor zina. By the actual act, I mean including the private parts. JazakAllahu Khairan

When the word is used without qualifiers it is taken in its original meaning. When specifity is intended qualifiers are used. In this case the actual act of zina is taken, if minor acts has been included, the qualifiers must have been mentioned like zina of eyes or zina of ear etc.
