I wanted to ask whether I have to obey Terms of Service of mobile phone because it restricts the use of it.
The phone company does not enforce this ToS and does not somewhat mind it being broken. It is just a formality for severe use of breaking it.
If haram is breaking it minor or major sin?

If the company doesn’t not bother about it it shows it takes is not very seriously. So the professional behaviour adapt accordingly.
The major sins are: murder, polytheism and adultery.
