As lying and harming the honor of fellow humans a sin, what is the view on corporate culture where this happens a lot. Employees are thrown under the bus, their recognition is stolen, colleagues go behind back and tell lies. What is Islamic view. Isn’t it a major sin to give negative feedback on others without their knowledge.

This is unethical and every act will be judged on the day of judgement. A believer needs to be aware of the consequences of his or her behaviour.

Thank you. My question is if this one of the major sins and comes in the category of lying, usurping rights, not protecting the honor of a fellow being especially if Muslim.
