Employees are thrown under the bus, their recognition is stolen, colleagues go behind back and tell lies. What is Islamic view. Isn’t it a major sin to give negative feedback on others without their knowledge.

This is unethical and every act will be judged on the day of judgement. A believer needs to be aware of the consequences of his or her behaviour.
