If innate knowledge is already written as a code into us then we should not be able to override it and it should make us stop. What good is innate knowledge if its getting overwritten by external circumstances.?

Our nature has nothing good and bad in it. Then we have emotions and intellect. Emotional drove is restricted by intellect. This is the conflict without us and choice is ours. The one who controls his emotions and makes good choice is rewarded.
